Triple Stitch Collective General Virtual Event Refund Policy

At Triple Stitch Collective, we design every event to give you a unique quilting experience filled with creativity, connection, and inspiration. Please review our refund policy before completing your registration.

Refunds Before the Event Starts
* Refund requests may be made before digital content access begins and before swag bags, tool kits, or bonuses have shipped or been delivered.
* Eligible refunds will be processed minus a 20% administrative fee to cover processing costs.

Refunds After the Event Starts
* Once digital content (such as patterns, videos, or community access) has been delivered, or swag bags/tool kits have shipped, registrations are non-refundable.
* In rare circumstances, Triple Stitch Collective may, at its discretion, offer credit toward a future TSC event. If a credit is issued, the retail value of any shipped swag bag, tool kit, or delivered bonuses will be deducted from the credit amount.
